We
have the first interaction with our customer at the interactive
bay. As per the practice carried out at Millennium Mobility
Workshop, your car is mounted on the lift and given a thorough
check, in front of you. Problems faced by you are written
down. Any more problems if found during inspection are also
noted down. The car is also diagonised using the TECH-II machine
which gives a computerised analysis of the car.Problems are
then listed down as per the priority and as per the intensity
of damage.
An
estimate is then prepared, and only the problems as suggested
by you are forwarded to the shopfloor for repairs or servicing.
No unnecessary surprises for you when you come to collect
the car! Total transparency is maintained.
