Under
Chassis Wash
The system consists of two portals. On the left is the
automatic car wash and on the right is the optically
controlled drying unit. The under chassis wash system
is fitted on the wash pad.
The car drives in to the wash pad between the two arches
and is stationed over the under Chassis Wash System
in front of the car wash machine.
Under Chassis Washing:
On the press of a switch the under chassis starts working.
Car Wash:
The operator selects one of the following wash cycles
which is to be carried out on the car and accordingly
pushes the start button in the main control panel.
1 - Presoak + Pre Wash + Shampoo Wash + Wax
or
2 - Shampoo Wash + Wax Cycle
In case vehicle is fitted with luggage carrier, select
"luggage carrier avoidance mode'
Drying Cycle:
Before the wash cycle is completed, the dryer switch
is pressed in the main control panel. The drying unit
starts towards the car and gives two pass drying to
the vehicle.
