need of giving a knowledgeable response to a customer's inward
call we have a system which is linked to the most preferred
number of the customer. When the customer calls on the pilot
number, the call gets distributed to five agents ACD (automatic
calls distribution) extensions. The system picks up the data
of the customer's car and pops it up on all five locations.
This helps front office to address the customer needs when
receiving the call with full data of this car and the date
of last visit.
