Automated oil dispensing system

Oil to your car is same as blood in our bodies. Purer the better. Any impurity and sickness follows.

In order to ensure best hygiene during oil change we have designed and installed the automated oil dispensing system for engine and gear oil.
No human or external object even touches the oils being filled in your car's engine or the gear box. The oil is changed with the help of digital oil gun on the bay just like filling up of fuel at petrol pump.

Technical Information
The automated oil dispensing system consists of two reservoirs for engine and gear oil. These reservoirs are connected to separate pressurized oil 'ring mains'. Two separate pneumatic pumps have been connected between the ring main and the reservoir.
Separate lines from the engine oil ring main are connected to three different dispensing hoses to which dispensing guns are connected. Same thing is done for gear oil. These dispensing guns have pre programmed quantities as per the models. The cumulative figure automatically gets updated.
